P'tits Shortbreads with chocolate (roasted in Gaspésie) - Shortbreads from l'osti d'Français

Little chocolate shortbreads! Released on Valentine's Day 2020, they have something to make you fall in love. The chocolate used, of Venezuelan origin, is transformed and completely roasted in Gaspésie in Carleton sur mer.

To make our p'tits shortbreads which we sell throughout Quebec, the basis of the recipe is slightly Breton but we only use Quebec products. For example, we use organic Quebec flour and the PUR BEURRE comes from a dairy cooperative in  Saguenay Lac Saint Jean ;)
