Brie filling - Cranberries and almonds

Take a small 8 oz (225 g) round brie or camembert cheese, score the top with a knife, place it in an ovenproof pan, cover the cheese with the easy to prepare toppings, bake for 15 to 20 minutes, serve hot in the pan. Simple as 1, 2, 3…
